Even NRI Men Rights India helps Non Resident Indians at men rights for nri.
Further, Mini-Trial is the right of an accused as per Supreme Court of India's recent judgment as per which when the matter is not triable as per the unrebuttable evidences of the accused then asking an NRI husband or an accused to stand in a trial is the violation of the human rights of nri and these human rights violation of a non resident indian husband needs to be invoked in the right manner so that this SC Judgment helps men victims of false cases win in his fight against false cases or false accusations.

Hi, I am Teena. I am in USA and I am a NRI.
ReplyDeleteI am staying at Philadelphia.
My brother stays at Texas which is very far away from here.
My brother named NRI SANDEEP from KADAPA married a relative in KADAPA and this girl filed false cases on my brother and included my name in domestic violence complaint.
I never lived with my brother's wife at India in Hyderabad in Telecom Colony where my parents live and where the marriage was solemnized.
How can my name be included?
I want to remove my name from this false DV Petition filed by my bhabhi i.e., by the bitter half of my brother.
The allegations against me are NOT grave hence is there a procedure to RECALL THE ORDER OF THE MAGISTRATE because the MM has to recall his order through which he issued summons to me.
I do NOT want to challenge the summons in the sessions court. Instead I want to recall the order by the court which issued such perversive order.
Men Cell in Bhuvaneshwar or Man Cell in Hyderabad or at least Man Cell in Kadapa is what I need help from. Please contact me.
